1. Data controller
Caliper Yazılım Çözümleri Anonim Şirketi (“Caliper”), headquartered in Kadıköy, Istanbul, is the data controller for this website. Contact: info@caliperiq.com.
2. Data we may process
Meeting requests may include name, email, telephone, company or brand, role and request details. Membership may include account type, identity and contact details and, for corporate accounts, legal name, tax office, tax number and role. The project portal may contain project stages, messages, payment requests and transaction references. CaliperIQ does not store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes. Please do not submit sensitive personal data through general forms. Limited technical security logs may also be generated.
3. Collection, purposes and legal grounds
Data is collected through electronic forms, membership actions, project processes and security infrastructure. It is processed to assess requests, protect accounts, establish and perform project relationships, provide stage and payment information, meet legal obligations and establish or protect rights. Depending on the activity, processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), including contract formation or performance, legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, and legitimate interest. Separate consent is requested where required.
4. Recipients, transfers and hosting
Data may be shared, only as necessary, with authorised Caliper personnel and service providers for database and authentication (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and payments (iyzico). Where a provider or subprocessor is located abroad, transfers will not begin without an applicable mechanism or safeguard under Article 9 of the KVKK and relevant secondary legislation. Actual data flows, provider contracts and transfer safeguards are reviewed periodically.
5. Retention
Application records are retained for the period necessary to evaluate the request, establish a possible business relationship and meet legal requirements. Technical records are retained for the limited period required for security and continuity. When the purpose ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised after applicable retention and limitation periods.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK by sending a request that identifies you and explains the request to info@caliperiq.com. Requests are reviewed under the procedures and time limits prescribed by law.
7. Updates
This notice may be updated when site functions or applicable rules change. The current version and date are published on this page.
