Important information
This is the general framework for services contracted remotely through CaliperIQ. The transaction-specific proposal, pro forma/payment detail, project plan or service agreement states the client, service, scope, total price including taxes, payment method and delivery schedule and forms an integral part of the contract.
1. Parties

Göztepe / 1950963973; https://www.caliperiq.com. The client is the person or entity identified in the payment detail or specific agreement.
2. Service and formation
The service may include software, digital-product development, design, brand, consulting, project management, subscription or related work. The contract is formed electronically when the client reviews the transaction-specific service, price, delivery, cancellation/refund and data information and expresses the intent to pay, unless the specific documents state another formation point.
3. Price and payment
The total price including taxes and any payment plan are shown before payment. Card processing takes place in iyzico's secure environment and Caliper does not store full card credentials. Any additional charge requires prior disclosure and agreement.
4. Performance and delivery
No physical shipping is provided. Performance may take place through portal access, email, online meeting, digital file, software access, publication/handover or milestone approval. The transaction-specific documents state commencement and delivery timing and any client dependencies.
5. Consumer withdrawal
A client acting as a consumer under Turkish Law No. 6502 may withdraw within fourteen days from contract formation without reason or penalty by sending timely notice to info@caliperiq.com or another permitted durable medium. Statutory exceptions apply only when their information and consent requirements are satisfied. Business or professional clients are governed by the specific commercial agreement and the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Payments that must be refunded are refunded to the payment instrument used, at no cost to the consumer, no later than fourteen days after Caliper receives the withdrawal notice; when the amount appears on the card account depends on the bank and card scheme.
6. Refunds and service issues
Refund and cancellation procedures appear in the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Policy. Allegedly incomplete or defective service should be reported with the relevant delivery or milestone. Re-performance, correction, price reduction, refund or termination is assessed under the specific agreement and mandatory law.
7. Invoice, privacy and records
Invoices are issued from verified transaction details under applicable e-document rules. Personal-data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Contract, payment, delivery, acceptance and support records may be retained for statutory duties and dispute resolution.
8. Complaints and disputes
Send requests to info@caliperiq.com. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under the applicable monetary and jurisdictional rules. Commercial disputes follow the specific agreement and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
